Ademola Omosanya
Ademola has over 10 years experience working in the financial services industry and is currently a Director at MEMA. He has relevant experience working at the UK regulators, consulting and retail banking. His experience includes advising and supporting firms through regulatory processes on a wide range of financial areas including consumer credit, financial crime, and corporate finance.
Ademola has advised and supported clients across a diverse range of topics including S166, financial crime transformation, and control framework implementation. He has extensive knowledge of the UK’s regulatory framework and compliance requirements.

Misah Maragh
Misah’s background is in Law and holds a postgraduate qualification. She has over nine years of experience within the financial services sector, which includes working at the Financial Conduct Authority. She is a director at MEMA.
Misah has delivered on operational and strategic projects for Global organisations providing consumer services across Europe, the Caribbean and Latin America. She holds extensive experience in leading the implementation of new compliance frameworks including Financial, FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Data Privacy, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
